Dougherty County School System Superintendent Kenneth Dyer spoke with the Southwest Georgia Network following the Partners In Excellence Rise N’ Shine Breakfast sponsored by the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce at the Hilton Garden Inn early Wednesday morning. He explained the purpose of the Partners In Excellence program, as well as how 2018 Partner of the Year First Baptist Church of Albany got involved with the education of our area’s youth.
